Is this a prediction?+
No. We look at a photo of your little one's foot and write a tender portrait of who they already are. Soft as a baby book, not a prediction, not a horoscope.
When should we do it?+
Anytime in the first months. Some parents do it the day they come home. Some do it at a christening. Some at the first birthday.
Will the same baby get the same portrait twice?+
Each portrait is written fresh from the photo and the details you share. It will be its own piece.
Is the photo private?+
Yes. Stored securely, never shared with anyone, and never used to train any AI model. You can delete it at any time at privacy@firstprint.app.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If your portrait doesn't feel right, the writing failed, or your portrait was never delivered, email support@firstprint.app within 7 days and we'll either rewrite it once or refund you, your choice.
How long does it take?+
About a minute after payment. You'll be notified by email the moment your portrait is ready, and it will also appear in your dashboard.
Can I have multiple portraits for the same baby?+
Absolutely. Each portrait is a separate purchase. Many parents come back for milestone moments (birthday, first steps) or to gift one to a relative.
